Role Summary: Seeking a Delivery Manager to lead Analytics and GenAI program delivery, act as Scrum Master, and partner with Business stakeholders to define and track success metrics. This role ensures Agile execution, responsible GenAI adoption, and measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of analytics and GenAI initiatives. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove team impediments. Manage backlog, sprint metrics, risks, and dependencies. Engage Business, Data Science, and Technology stakeholders. Define, track, and report success metrics and AI value realization. Ensure responsible AI practices (governance, quality, guardrails). Provide clear executive status reporting and delivery governance.

Required Qualifications 10+ years in delivery/program management (Data & Analytics). Proven Scrum Master experience in Agile environments. Experience delivering AI/GenAI or advanced analytics initiatives. Strong stakeholder management and executive communication. Experience with Jira/ADO or similar Agile tools.

Preferred Insurance/Financial domain experience. Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, or cloud AI services. Exposure to LLM use cases, RAG, or AI governance frameworks. CSM/PSM, SAFe, or PMP certification.
