A leading international law firm is seeking an Estate Planning Associate with at least three years of experience to join its Tax, Trusts & Estates Practice Group in a brand-new Chicago office. This is a rare ground‑f l oor opportunity to help build and shape a new location for a major global platform.

Responsibilities
Advise clients on estate planning, wealth transfer strategies, tax planning, and related matters
Draft wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents
Support family offices and business owners on succession planning
Collaborate with colleagues across tax, corporate, and litigation teams
Contribute to the development of a new office, including mentoring, culture‑building, and process design
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of estate planning experience
Strong drafting skills and familiarity with sophisticated planning techniques
Experience working with high‑net‑worth individuals and families
Excellent communication skills and client‑service orientation
Interest in contributing to the growth of a new office
