RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee plant operations to meet safety, quality, and cost targets. Lead and develop plant teams, promoting accountability and engagement. Support Operational Excellence efforts, including Lean, TPM, 6S, and EHS improvements. Manage budgets, control costs, and identify efficiency improvements. Work with Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Quality to resolve production issues. Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce waste, downtime, and scrap. Use data to identify problems and improve production processes. Oversee and control plant operating expenses to support budget goals and operational efficiency. Champion a strong safety‑driven culture to maintain a secure, efficient, and compliant work environment. Monitor and enforce all Safety programs and initiatives, ensuring adherence to company policies, OSHA standards, and applicable regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; Lean/Six Sigma preferred. 5+ years of manufacturing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role. Proven experience with Lean, 6S, TPM, and safety programs. Strong leadership, communication, and team‑building skills; Spanish bilingual preferred. Experience with ERP systems, budgeting, and cost control.
