Job Description
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the case management department in accordance with established policies, to meet the needs of the patient population served Responsible for ensuring staff are trained and held accountable to providing an excellent overall patient experience Responsible for planning, development, implementing, coordinating, controlling, evaluating, and adjusting the comprehensive case management functions.
