Project Manager Location: Phoenix, AZ 85007 (Hybrid) Duration: 12 Months Contract

Position is 50% onsite and 50% remote - around 2-3 days in office

Job Description: Seeking an experienced

Project Manager

to support the CIO’s highest-priority strategic initiatives. This role partners closely with IT leadership and senior executives to develop project proposals, build business cases, and lead select executive-level projects. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage project proposals for Senior and Executive Leadership Serve as a liaison between the CIO and IT senior management Translate technical initiatives into business value, ROI, and strategic alignment Prepare executive-level presentations and funding requests Manage project demand intake and ensure initiatives are ELT-ready Lead 2–3 CIO-directed strategic projects and provide rapid response to executive priorities Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree plus

5+ years

of project coordination/management experience Experience with

Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools Knowledge of

Agile and Waterfall

methodologies Strong executive communication and presentation skills Comfortable with

financial concepts (CAPEX / OPEX) Preferred Qualifications PMP certification Arizona State Project Management Certification
