We are looking for compassionate Hospice Medical Social Workers with:

* Master's in Social Work from graduate school accredited by the Council of Social Work. * Minimum of one year of social work experience in a healthcare setting * Must hold, in good standing, a license as a Medical Social Worker issued by the state in which you work..

* Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
