Title: Employment Law Attorney Location: New York, NY

Responsibilities: Handle a full caseload of employment matters from intake through resolution or trial. Conduct client interviews, legal research, and case evaluation. Draft complaints, motions, discovery, and legal briefs.

Qualifications: 2-5+ years of litigation experience in employment law. Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills. Passion for advancing civil rights and workplace equity.

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $130,000-$200,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidat e.
