This long-established civil litigation boutique in Downtown Dallas is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney who wants more than just a steady caseload. This is an opportunity to build real trial credentials and a long-term future.

The firm handles a broad docket of general liability defense matters, giving you exposure to a consistent stream of substantive litigation work across multiple industries. For you, that means variety, steady courtroom activity, and the ability to develop into a well-rounded trial lawyer rather than being confined to one narrow niche.

This is a firm that markets itself as trial attorneys and lives up to it. You’ll work directly with a partner who has conducted more than 70 jury trials. That translates into hands-on mentorship from a proven courtroom lawyer, meaningful stand-up opportunities, and practical trial training that simply can’t be replicated in firms where cases routinely settle before trial.

You won’t be siloed or relegated to behind-the-scenes drafting. Associates are expected to take ownership of files, argue motions, take and defend depositions, handle hearings, and actively participate in trial preparation and trial itself.

The billable expectation is 160 hours per month, which is reasonable while still giving you enough opportunity to get the reps in on substantive matters.

Experience required:

5+ years of civil litigation experience, ideally handling premises liability, products liability, transportation, or construction defects.
