Homecare Director

Locations: Brooklyn (main) & Queens

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). • 7+ years of experience in a healthcare management, preferably in home care, strongly preferred. • Proven experience managing CHHA and MLTC contracts with successful reimbursement outcomes. • Strong understanding of Pediatric and MLTC patient care models. • Excellent leadership, analytical, and negotiation skills. • Ability to manage large field and office teams effectively. • Familiarity with healthcare software, EHR systems, and HHA Exchange. • Demonstrated ability to balance financial performance with quality and compliance.
