A global hospitality group celebrating the richness of Latin American cuisine and culture is seeking an experienced
Executive Chef
to lead all back-of-house operations. This hands-on culinary leader will preserve the authenticity of Peruvian and Latin flavors while driving operational excellence, financial performance, and team development in a high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure authenticity, quality, and consistency across all dishes and service periods
Lead kitchen operations including seafood execution, mise en place, and plating standards
Manage food cost, labor, inventory, purchasing, and P&L performance
Recruit, develop, and mentor BOH teams while fostering a disciplined, inclusive culture
Maintain compliance with food safety, HACCP, OSHA, and health regulations
Partner with Corporate Culinary and Marketing on seasonal menus and brand initiatives
What You Bring
7+ years of progressive culinary leadership
3–5 years as an Executive Chef (or equivalent)
Strong expertise in Peruvian or Latin cuisine
High-volume restaurant experience
Proven food cost and labor management
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
