Titel: Senior Finance Manager / General Manager Lead the finance team in managing the financial aspects of real estate development, investment, and management Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis Manage financial reporting, accounting, and compliance Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize returns and minimize risk Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, sales, and operations Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and the board of directors

Responsibilities: Lead the finance team in managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting Oversee financial reporting, accounting, and compliance Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize returns and minimize risk Manage relationships with lenders, investors, and financial institutions Conduct financial analysis and due diligence on potential investments and developments Collaborate with development team on project financing and budgeting Work with sales team to develop pricing strategies and manage sales budgets Provide financial guidance and support to senior management and the board of directors Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve financial management

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Professional certification, such as CPA or CMA, required 15+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on real estate Proven track record of success in leading finance teams Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills Ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills Experience with financial software and systems, such as Yardi or MRI
