Pediatric Occupational Therapists

to join our growing outpatient team throughout the Jacksonville area. At Great Strides, we believe in the power of personalized, child-centered care. As part of our team, you won’t just treat conditions—you’ll build relationships, help children reach meaningful developmental milestones, and grow within a supportive, therapist-led culture. Our clinicians treat a wide range of pediatric diagnoses and can maintain a general caseload or develop specialty interests in sensory integration, fine motor development, orthopedics, manual therapy, feeding, and more. Conduct comprehensive pediatric OT evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans Implement evidence-based interventions Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans Create home exercise programs and collaborate with families Work alongside an interdisciplinary team to support holistic care

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Active or eligible Florida OT license Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates welcome
