Event Coordinator (Redmond)

Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Senior Event Program Manager to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This role will lead employee experience and large-scale event strategy, supporting both Redmond-based and global teams. The ideal candidate brings deep event management expertise, strong executive presence, and the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment while delivering exceptional onsite experiences.

Responsibilities Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale employee events, including recurring in-person meetups of up to 2,500 attendees Manage venue logistics including room booking, space planning, catering coordination, audiovisual setup, and on-site experience execution Partner with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design engaging employee experiences, pop-ups, socials, and large working sessions Oversee budget tracking, timeline management, and stakeholder communications to ensure flawless delivery and high satisfaction

Qualifications 8+ years of experience in event management, including large-scale, in-person event planning 8+ years of experience in program management, overseeing multiple workstreams and complex logistics 5+ years of experience supporting executive stakeholders and managing high-visibility initiatives Proven ability to manage events with 1,000+ attendees and oversee onsite logistics from planning through execution Strong budgeting, vendor coordination, and operational planning skills Demonstrated ability to pivot quickly, problem-solve in real time, and thrive in dynamic environments Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with a self-starter mindset
