Study Assembly Lines/ Processes and identify areas for improvement as per Lean Principles Perform Time Study and Line Balancing - Elemental breakdown, Video Time study– All Processes (Stations & Operator), VA/NVA/RNVA analysis, Develop Current State Line Balancing, Muri Analysis Develop Value Stream Mapping - Current State VSM - Identify bottlenecks, wastes and inefficiencies, Capacity analysis and Current baselining, Future State VSM, Current state vs Future state Identify Process and productivity improvement opportunities for entire process with Level 1,2,3 improvement suggestions report and roadmap Develop/ re-write Standard work instructions, Video work instructions Analysis of Root Cause for the quality failures, defects, downtimes etc., and support in corrective action & Kaizen / improvement identification with detailed implementation plan Support in Fixture design as per requirements.
