CNC Controls Engineer
to join their team. As a
CNC Controls Engineer , you will be part of the
Engineering Department
supporting
Controls, Automation, and Machine Development teams . The ideal candidate will have
strong problem solving skills ,
excellent analytical ability , and
clear technical communication , which will align successfully in the organization.

CNC Controls Engineer
Location:
Hebron, Kentucky
Pay Range:
Based on experience ($29-$36)
What's the Job?
Design, develop, and commission CNC control systems using Siemens
Configure/program CNC machines including PLC/NC integration, drive tuning, axis control, and spindle functionality.
Develop custom CNC applications, extensions, and HMIs using C, C++, and VB.NET.
Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software CNC control issues.
Integrate CNC systems with external automation, robotics, and manufacturing systems.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent hands on experience).
5+ years of CNC controls engineering experience.
Required Siemens 840D programming.
Advanced programming skills in
C / C++
and
VB.NET .
Experience commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimizing CNC machinery.
