Junior Account Executive, Public Relations

Starting Base Salary : $55,000+ Final compensation and title will be based on experience and qualifications.

Location & Flexibility : This is a remote-first position for candidates based in Denver, Colorado. Occasional travel is required for team and client events.

What we are looking for... Someone who is passionate about food & travel 2+ years of PR agency experience in related industries Exceptional writing, organizational, and time-management skills A positive attitude and a collaborative spirit Passion for storytelling—especially within the food, beverage, and travel industries A proactive approach and the ability to thrive both independently and in a team setting

Key responsibilities… Monitor media coverage, track opportunities, and compile press clips Manage press kits, awards submissions, editorial calendars, and client-facing agendas Support influencer relations and social media content planning Approach daily tasks with initiative and attention to detail Contribute to business development by offering ideas, insights, and solutions Represent BON Communications with professionalism and enthusiasm in all external interactions
