Company Description Inner Wellness Counseling (IWC) is a private practice that serves children, adolescents, and adults. At IWC, clinicians provide play therapy, individual counseling, and couples counseling for a diverse population.

Role Description Are you ready to join a private practice? We are looking to expand our association of independent practitioners and provide you a wide range of professional support services. IWC is looking for a compassionate, competent, and motivated mental health counselor to join our association who is interested in providing individual and group counseling for adults and youth across varied mental health challenges. Prospective clinicians must specialize working with adults and children or adolescents.

Your caseload will be flexible to address a high demand for mental health counseling.

Minimum Qualifications: ·

Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or related field ·

Associate or full licensure and residence in the State of Washington as LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW ·

2 or more years of experience with mental health counseling, diagnosis, and intake assessments ·

Excellent documentation skills, time management, and flexibility ·

Competence in working with diverse populations ·

Engaged in continuing education and open to learning new skills ·

Professional liability insurance

Preferred Qualifications: (one or more) ·

Experience and training in play therapy ·

Specialized in working with adolescents and or children
