About the Role Mayzon is seeking an experienced Injection Molding Mechanic to support equipment reliability and uptime within our Injection Molding Department. This position is responsible for hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of molding equipment and related systems, including both mechanical and electrical repairs.

Key Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance (PM) tasks to support equipment reliability and performance Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machinery and department equipment Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement safe, effective repairs Document maintenance work orders and completed repairs in a computer-based maintenance system (CMMS) Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance, efficiency, and uptime Partner with department supervision to support production goals and minimize downtime Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in alignment with company safety requirements

Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience working in an Injection Molding environment Minimum 3 years of experience performing mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics proficiently Ability to read and interpret hydraulic schematics proficiently Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and accurately Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Solid computer skills (documentation and maintenance systems) Must be able to read and write in English
