Inside Sales Executive (Dallas)

Our client is looking for a Business Development Executive to join their U.S. Sales Team — a role where Consultative Selling meets cutting-edge Digital Transformation.

What You’ll Do: Drive Consultative Sales: Understand client needs deeply and position Microsoft AI Business Solutions (including ERP, CRM, Data Platform & Azure). Build Strategic Relationships: Engage with decision-makers across industries, acting as a trusted advisor. Generate Demand: Create and nurture a high-quality pipeline through insight-led conversations. Collaborate Globally: Work with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-level impact. What We’re Looking For: 2–4 years of Business Development experience - preferably in Microsoft Dynamics Business Applications solutions. Strong communication skills, a consultative mindset, and a hunger to excel.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 (depends on experience level).+ Commission +Bonus / Accelerators Benefits: Medical, PTO, 401(k), and more.
