From pre-op education to discharge planning and follow-up, you'll be the connector that makes the patient journey seamless.

Position Details:

Nurse Navigator - Mercy South: Heart & Vascular EP ( Electrophysiology) Location: Mercy, 10012 Kennerly Rd, St. Louis, MO 63128 Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours/week | Day Shift Qualifications

* Licensure: Current RN (Registered Nurse) license in state of Missouri. * Required Education: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing * Preferred Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) * Required Certifications: Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification * Preferred Certifications: ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support
