Position Overview We are seeking dedicated

Medical Surgical Registered Nurses (RN)

to join healthcare teams across Texas. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, coordinate treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to adult patients with acute and chronic conditions Monitor patient status, vital signs, and response to treatment Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments per physician orders Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and discharge care Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and allied health professionals Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control, and safety standards

Requirements Active RN license (Texas or Compact State) Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical experience preferred BLS certification required (ACLS preferred for some facilities) Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, or rotating schedules
