About the job Our client is a high-performing employment law firm in California and is seeking an experienced Plaintiff Employment Paralegal

to join their growing team.

Responsibilities Support plaintiff-side employment matters from intake through resolution Assist in building and developing an efficient intake process and case workflows Support pre-litigation strategy development with the managing partner and attorneys Draft, prepare, and manage legal documents, including complaints, discovery, and correspondence Handle cases involving wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, harassment, retaliation, discrimination, single-plaintiff matters, class actions, and sexual harassment claims Coordinate and assist with depositions, mediations, hearings, and settlement preparation Maintain and manage case files, deadlines, and calendaring Collaborate with leadership to improve systems, workflows, and department structure

Qualifications Minimum

3+ years of plaintiff-side employment law experience Strong knowledge of

California labor laws and employment procedures Proven ability to work independently and manage a high-volume caseload Experience with case management, discovery, and trial preparation preferred Highly organized with strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in helping build and scale processes

Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between

$80,000 – $115,000 , depending on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications.
