40 Hours Job Summary: Under direct supervision, performs laboratory testing on blood and other body fluid specimens using manual methods and laboratory instruments. Follows established protocols and may perform phlebotomy as needed. Required Education: Associate Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or Laboratory Science

Required Certification: Certification from a recognized national certifying agency (ASCP or NCA)

Experience Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years of recent experience in a similar role Experience with Beckman Coulter equipment (AU system preferred) Experience with Sunquest LIS and laboratory automation preferred Required Skills: Strong technical and theoretical laboratory knowledge Good communication skills This is a 13-week contract position with an afternoon/evening shift rotation (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM).
