Senior Litigation Attorney (Healthcare)

Great growth opportunity Handle all aspects of personal injury cases including initial client meetings, case evaluations, and investigations. Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis to prepare for court proceedings. Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney. Proficient in conducting investigations and legal research.
