Manufacturing Operations Analyst Manager (Level K) to support the 767 Compliance team

A manager in this role will develop cross-functional partnerships to achieve team and program goals while developing a work environment that promotes accountability, trust, teamwork, quality and safety. Manages employees performing advanced technical knowledge and leadership to manufacturing projects to resolve production concerns Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports Manages, develops and motivates employees

3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment 3+ years of experience with data analysis 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) 3+ years of experience in collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication

Experience working within procedures aimed at showing/finding compliance to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations Familiarity with One BPS (Boeing Production System) standards
