We are looking for a litigation attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join our firm!

We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team. This role will involve working on complex litigation issues, developing strategies, and representing clients in court. The successful candidate will have a strong background in litigation, with a particular focus on motions and strategy.
As a Permanent Litigation Attorney, your responsibilities will include:
Interact with clients to provide advice and counsel on litigation strategies.
Draft and review various legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
Conduct research and analysis of legal problems to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
Develop litigation strategies and evaluate findings to develop case theories and defenses.
Supervise and delegate work to paralegals, legal assistants, and other team members.
Maintain awareness and understanding of current changes in law and the legal landscape.
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Litigation Attorney position will have the following qualifications:
Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation attorney.
Proven experience with motions and strategy in litigation.
Ability to work independently and manage various projects in a busy environment.
Strong research skills and proficiency in legal research tools.
