What You’ll Do In this hands-on HR role, you will: Support all HR functions, including

Payroll, Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Recruitment Assist with staffing:

recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding Develop and coordinate

employee relations programs and plant activities Administer HR policies while providing guidance and decision-making support Deliver employee communications with professionalism and confidentiality Administer benefits and support employee inquiries Engage in

community activities

to help build a positive local presence.

What We’re Looking For To be considered for this HR Generalist position, you bring: Bachelor’s Degree (required) At least 1 year of related HR experience Strong

Microsoft Office

skills Excellent

written and verbal communication Strong

organization and time management Experience with

ADP

or

KRONOS

(a plus).
