Part Time Litigation Paralegal (Columbia)

We are working with a specialized Family and Criminal Law firm seeking a seasoned Paralegal for a high-impact, part-time role. What You Will be Doing: Substantive Discovery:

Conduct deep-dive reviews of heavy discovery downloads. You will be responsible for organizing, indexing, and synthesizing into actionable summaries for the attorney. Drafting:

Prepare preliminary drafts of motions, pleadings, and court orders for attorney review. Administrative Precision:

Manage the lifecycle of filings, including preparing transmittal letters and ensuring e-filing compliance. Case Advocacy:

Act as a critical set of eyes on case files to identify missing information or strategic opportunities.

What You Bring to the Table: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal, ready to hit the ground running in Family law and/or Criminal law practices A rock-solid understanding of legal concepts, terminology, and the litigation lifecycle. Mad skills with legal research platforms and case management software. A strong work ethic and a genuine desire to work.
