The Role We are seeking an experienced litigation associate to join our expanding team. This is a meaningful, client-facing position for an attorney prepared to take ownership of cases rather than stay on the sidelines. You will work closely with senior partners on a wide range of commercial and real estate disputes, with immediate responsibilities in drafting, strategy, depositions, and hearings.

What You'll Work On Complex commercial litigation: breach of contract, business torts, partnership and shareholder disputes, fraud claims, and injunctive relief matters Real estate litigation: title disputes, construction defect and delay claims, landlord-tenant issues, mechanics' liens, purchase and sale agreement disputes, and lis pendens actions Receivership proceedings and post-judgment enforcement Appellate work at the Florida District Courts of Appeal Federal court cases in the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida
