Health Systems Executive Job Description
ATCA is seeking an accomplished Health Systems Executive to join its Medical Advisory Board and support the strategic and operational expansion of a next-generation Alzheimer’s treatment platform across the United States.
This role is designed for senior healthcare executives with experience operating, scaling, or overseeing complex health systems, provider networks, or value-based care models. As a Health Systems Executive Advisor, you will help guide how ATCA integrates into broader healthcare ecosystems while maintaining clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and payer alignment.
You will work closely with ATCA’s executive leadership, medical directors, clinical teams, and data science partners to refine scalable care models, optimize system-level workflows, and support national clinic rollout in a highly regulated healthcare environment.
Responsibilities Include
Health System Strategy & Oversight: Provide executive-level guidance on scaling multi-site clinical operations within complex healthcare systems, including integration with hospitals, specialty groups, and provider networks.
Operational Scaling & Governance: Advise on governance structures, operating models, and system-wide processes to support consistent care delivery across a growing national clinic footprint.
Payer & Network Alignment: Support strategies for payer contracting, Medicare and Medicare Advantage alignment, referral integration, and system-level reimbursement optimization.
Precision Medicine Integration: Guide how AI-driven clinical protocols and precision medicine workflows can be embedded into broader health system operations without disrupting care continuity.
Quality, Compliance & Performance: Advise on maintaining clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and operational performance metrics across multi-clinic environments.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with physicians, administrators, technologists, and executive leadership to align clinical innovation with health system realities.
Innovation & Growth Support: Provide insight into emerging health system trends, value-based care models, and system-level innovation opportunities that may accelerate ATCA’s national expansion.
