At A New Day Counseling Utah , we walk with individuals and families through some of the hardest seasons of their lives — divorce, high-conflict relationships, trauma, and identity shifts.

We specialize in helping clients: Rebuild after divorce Navigate co-parenting and high-conflict dynamics Heal from relational and complex trauma Work through attachment wounds Understand and manage personality dynamics, including BPD and narcissistic traits Rediscover who they are after life changes

Our work is steady, meaningful, and deeply relational.

We are currently hiring: Associate Therapists (CSW, ACMHC, etc.) Fully Licensed Clinicians (LCSW, LMFT, CMHC)

Who We’re Looking For You may be a great fit here if you: Care deeply about helping people through life transitions Feel drawn to trauma-informed, attachment-focused work Are comfortable working with emotional intensity and high-conflict dynamics Value healthy boundaries and sustainable caseloads Want your clinical voice and style to matter Appreciate collaboration and consultation Are grounded, reflective, and growth-minded

Experience with EMDR, IFS, DBT, somatic approaches, or attachment-based models is a plus, but we also value willingness to grow.
