A growing, trial-driven Plaintiff Personal Injury firm is seeking an experienced

Plaintiff PI Attorney

to join its Las Vegas office. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned litigator who thrives in the courtroom and wants to handle high-value injury cases from inception through trial.

What You’ll Do:

Manage a full caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters Lead cases through litigation and trial Take and defend depositions, handle motion practice, and appear in court Develop case strategy and negotiate settlements when appropriate Work closely with clients, experts, and support staff First-chair or second-chair jury trials as needed

Requirement: 6+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience Strong

trial experience

(jury trial exposure required) Proven ability to manage litigation independently Excellent deposition and courtroom skills Active Nevada Bar license (or ability to obtain quickly) Strong client advocacy mindset and case ownership mentality

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between [$180,000 – $250,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
