Our client is currently looking for a Litigation Services Coordinator that can be located in their San Francisco or Peninsula office. Hybrid is 3 days in office and 2 remote.
Responsibilities:
Support attorneys and staff with general litigation research and case-management tasks, including tracking case activity and retrieving court decisions.
Maintain docketing for contested matters using systems like CompuLaw and produce the weekly litigation calendar.
Draft and review procedural filings to ensure compliance with relevant court rules and requirements.
Create procedural guides for upcoming filings and utilize technology to efficiently monitor and distribute state and federal case updates.
Develop and maintain internal resources such as judicial profiles, templates, and prior filings while safeguarding confidential information.
Qualifications:
Bachelorโs degree preferred
2+ years of experience in a law firm docketing, calendaring, or litigation services role.
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills with high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of accurate docketing/calendaring as a key component of risk management.
Salary: Up to 90K, might be flexible depending on experience.
