Litigation Paralegal (Personal Injury)

Location: Norfolk, VA (Onsite) Employment Type: Full-Time

Coastal Management Solutions is partnering with a well-established personal injury law firm in Norfolk, VA to hire an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a busy plaintiff litigation team. Responsibilities: Manage personal injury litigation files from pre-suit through trial Draft pleadings, discovery, and routine motions Coordinate depositions, mediations, and court appearances Prepare and respond to discovery requests Organize medical records, exhibits, and case documentation Maintain case calendars and ensure compliance with court deadlines Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel Assist attorneys with trial preparation and strategy support

Qualifications: 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience (personal injury preferred) Strong knowledge of Virginia court procedures and filing requirements Experience drafting discovery and litigation documents Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office
