Clinical Nurse Educator

Job Title:

Clinical Educator As a Clinical Educator, you will collaborate with department leaders to identify educational needs of staff in the specialty area. You will develop and implement programs to meet these needs and evaluate their effectiveness. Identify educational needs of staff in assigned areas to upgrade knowledge, skills and performance standards.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for planning educational offerings that incorporate the goals and needs of units and institutions as well as staff. You will organize, direct and conduct educational programs for staff in the specialty area. • Identify educational opportunities • Plan and coordinate clinical practice programs • Evaluate effectiveness of education initiatives using established criteria such as learner engagement metrics or Kirkpatrick Model evaluation results
