Unit Description:
Provides professional nursing care to patients in varying state of health and illness by assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing plan of care.
The Staff Nurse II functions as an essential member of nursing and multidisciplinary teams, providing direct patient care, instruction, and preparation for continuing care during and following care transitions.
May take charge as operational need allows.
This position will be supporting our cardiac rehab program with our Phase 2 and 3 patient population. This position will be a part of a multi-disciplinary team of exercise physiologists, physical therapists and other staff nurses. This role will support case management and exercise tolerance testing within cardiac rehab.

Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont required.
ADN required, BSN preferred.
