Key Responsibilities: Advise on procurement, deployment, governance, and risk management of healthcare IT and AI-enabled systems Draft, review, and negotiate technology, data, cloud, and licensing agreements Identify and mitigate legal, regulatory, and compliance risks Collaborate with IT, security, compliance, and business stakeholders on digital transformation and innovation

Qualifications: Juris Doctor and

active Ohio license to practice (required) 5+ years of relevant experience with healthcare IT, technology, or complex commercial contracts Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and business-focused legal skills Collaborative mindset and ability to advise senior leadership
