The Role

You will handle a steady caseload of insurance defense and civil litigation matters, with support and guidance as your responsibilities grow. This role offers real opportunities to develop skills, take ownership of cases, and build toward senior roles and partnership.

What You’ll Do Manage insurance defense and civil litigation matters Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and dispositive filings Take and defend depositions Participate in mediations and attend hearings Collaborate on case strategy and resolution Support That Lets You Practice Law

You will work with experienced paralegals and legal assistants who help keep cases moving, allowing you to focus on legal strategy, advocacy, and client service.

Mentorship and Growth Hands-on mentorship from experienced litigators Regular feedback and coaching Increasing responsibility as you are ready A clear path toward senior roles and partnership for attorneys who want to build their practice here Experience Level We are especially interested in attorneys with 3+ years of litigation experience, but newer attorneys with a strong interest in insurance defense and civil litigation are welcome to apply.

Location and Work Arrangement

This role is Arizona-based. In-office presence is expected for many roles. Hybrid or fully remote arrangements may be considered for experienced attorneys on a case-by-case basis, depending on role and practice needs.

Licensure

Applicants must be licensed and in good standing with the Arizona State Bar at the time of hire.
