We are currently seeking an Associate Attorney with min. 1–2 years of experience

who is interested in growing their career in estate planning and probate law. This position is ideal for a motivated young attorney who is passionate about serving others, strives for excellence, pays close attention to detail, and demonstrates strong moral character. Our ideal candidate will:

Be service-oriented and team-focused Possess excellent oral and written communication skills Be detail-driven and organized Be comfortable with technology and proficient in Microsoft Office Be confident appearing in hearings and client meetings

Responsibilities

Support probate and estate administration, including preparing necessary court filings and related documentation Attend hearings and assist with court appearances Conduct document preparation and client signings Assist with all aspects of estate and trust matters, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related documents Prepare documents for transfers of interests to trusts and various beneficiaries Collaborate with paralegals and support staff Review case files for accuracy and completeness Support the firm’s business development efforts
