You will be responsible for preparing the patient to see the doctor and/or nurse. You will be responsible for preparing the doctor and/or nurse on any new conditions the patient is experiencing. You will be responsible for assisting the patient under the doctors license for IV vitamin therapy and IM shots, ozone, and our medical weight loss program.PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVESDevelop emotional connection with patients to understand their expected goals and desired outcomesPerform an initial consultation on new patients to determine medical history, motivating factor that prompted patient to look for help with their problem and functional goals of the patientEnsure that all the necessary services for the patient are provided on the day serviceProvide and ensure completion of all patient paperworkEffectively and continually educate patients about the need for, and progress through, the care planEnsure that all of the patient's needs are met, nothing gets overlooked, and care is consistent with the patient's expressed desiresEnsure that the next appointment for patients is scheduled correctly.Encourage, resolve concerns, and gather testimonials during care planPrefer 1+ year experience and licensed to perform IV's and IM shots under supervisionCAPABILITIES/KEY COMPETENCIESExcellent relationship building skills with a demonstrated ability to quickly develop trustAbility to make decisions, offer strong recommendations, and take responsibility for resultsDemonstrate ability to create a high awareness around physical/functional limitationsSelf-starter who can work independently within existing processes or operate effectively with ambiguityAbility to overcome objections with confidenceStrong oral and written communication skillsPlanning, organizing, prioritizing, and streamlining skillsAbility to maximize and apply internal systems, processes, and platformsTeam orientation and strong collaboratorPresent self in a professional and positive manner in attitude and appearance at all timesAdvocate for the patient and motivate them to reach their health goalsAbility to coordinate and balance needs of the patient and the clinicUnderstand, aligns and communicates our mission, vision and valuesDesire to define and take massive action to accomplish your own personal, professional and financial goalsEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE1 year work experience in nursing related fieldExperience working in a private medical practice preferred1+ year of administering IV's and blood drawsOTHER DUTIESPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
