Prairie Ridge Health is looking for a team member to join our Rehab Department within the Columbus location in the role of Physical Therapist. POSITION SUMMARY
The staff Physical Therapist is responsible for providing direct patient care to pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric populations through the use of evaluation methods and techniques, exercise, equipment, and physical agents to improve strength, balance, coordination, range of motion, and to decrease pain to restore a patientโs optimal functional mobility, as well as provide education for the prevention of further injuries.
EDUCATION
REQUIREMENTS/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION
Doctorate, masters degree or baccalaureate degree in Physical Therapy from a fully accredited physical therapy program.
Valid Physical Therapy license in the State of Wisconsin.
CPR certification or obtain within 90 days of hire.
Computer knowledge is preferred.
Experience in clinical physical therapy preferred.
FTE: 0.9-1.0 (36-40 hours per week)
