Prairie Ridge Health is looking for a team member to join our Rehab Department within the Columbus location in the role of Physical Therapist. This position is a 0.9-1.0 FTE (36-40 hours per week) and will be responsible for providing direct patient care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations..... EDUCATION

REQUIREMENTS/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION Doctorate, masters degree or baccalaureate degree in Physical Therapy from a fully accredited physical therapy program. Valid Physical Therapy license in the State of Wisconsin. CPR certification or obtain within 90 days of hire. Computer knowledge is preferred. Experience in clinical physical therapy preferred.
