Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motived Estate Planning and Probate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning, probate administration, and trust law, along with excellent communication and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities: Provide legal advice on estate planning strategies, including wills, trusts and powers of attorney. Assist clients in the probate process, including filing necessary documents and representing them in court. Draft and review estate planning documents and ensure compliance with relevant laws. Conduct client consultations to assess their needs and provide tailored legal solutions. Stay updated on changes in estate planning and probate laws to provide accurate legal guidance.

Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree Active BAR license in CA Minimum 3 years of experience in estate planning and probate law Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to build and maintain client relationships
