Job Description:
The ICU Registered Nurse will provide care to patients with critical and traumatic conditions in the Trauma ICU, utilizing advanced clinical skills to monitor and support patients with severe injuries and multi-organ failures.
Responsibilities:
Monitor patients conditions and assess their needs.
Administer medications and provide treatments as prescribed by a physician.
Adjust and titrate drips as required, including vasopressors and sedation.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement and evaluate patient care plans.
Requirements:
Valid RN License.
Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS.
Driverโs license required at submission.
Minimum of 2 years ICU experience; experience with trauma and high acuity patients preferred.
