We are seeking an experienced M&A expert with a proven track record in mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions to support our expansion initiatives.

Responsibilities: Build and execute equity and debt financing and to structure complex transactions and presentations Expert in structuring & leading the fundraising process, developing investor pitch decks, advising founders, and communicating the story of ours to the investors. Capital raise will be expected to identify acquisition targets, perform due diligence, and lead end-to-end transactions. Review and refine the industry's sales forecasting model and pitch deck to present to companies and investors Work alongside the executive team to define the pitch used in investor meetings; practice the pitch with the executives and help the management team pre-empt investor questions Lead process of the development of all marketing materials used in the capital raising process Define the strategy on which firms to target, identify acquisition targets, perform due diligence, execute transactions, and lead post-close integration management

Requirements: Bachelor's degree / MBA (preferred) in finance, operations, research, statistics, math, economics, or related analytical discipline preferred Willing to travel for as per business requirements. Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proven fundraising track record 5+ years of fundraising success in working with companies, investors, and financial sponsors to originate and review financials, analyze the market, and guide transactions Financial management experience with planning, forecasting, and business analysis Proficient with maintaining financial models and reports. Comfortable with technology and well versed in Google suite tools, and heavy phone and email communications Good organizational skills; experience partnering with an executive team Experience coaching executives on the delivery of investor pitches
