Full time, part time, prn and weekend Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) positions As an LPN at Genesis HealthCare, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. Responsibilities: Responsibilities: Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plank of care, as well as physician’s treatment plan. Follow a care plan designed by the Nurse Manager. Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC) Monitor resident’s conditions and report accordingly. Qualifications: A graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing Currently licensed by PA State Board of Nursing Proficiency in English to ensure patient safety and effective communication.​ Ability to work with multiple patients at once.
