VXRail/VMware/VCF L3 Engineer and Should have MSP Experience and looking for 10-15 Years experience candidates only. Job requires Administration & supporting VMware Infrastructure using VMware VSpher, ESXi, VXRail, VCF and other related components. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the Management and troubleshooting of the Virtualization environment. This role requires in-depth knowledge of ESXi, VXRail, VCF components, as well as experience with virtualization technologies and data center operations. Technical Skills: Installing, configuring, upgrading, and managing VMware vSphere, ESXi hosts, VXRAIL and vCenter Servers. Creating and managing virtual machines (VMs), managing resource allocation, and troubleshooting performance issues. Configuring and maintaining virtual networks (vSwitch, NSX) and storage (vSAN, SAN, NAS). Applying patches, updates, and upgrades to ESXi hosts, VXRAIL and vCenter. Implementing security, such as Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC). Monitoring health system using tools like VROPs, SolarWinds. Developing scripts using PowerShell/PowerCLI or Python to automate routine tasks.

Other Requirements: 10+ years of experience in managing VMWare Tools and Technologies. Working knowledge of ServiceNow. Good Understanding of Virtual Cloud Foundation – VCF Technologies. Proficiency with VMware vSphere 7.x/8.x, vCenter, ESXi, and related VMware products. Strong experience with Windows Server or Linux operating systems. Understanding of TCP/IP, SAN/NAS, and storage protocols. VMware certifications (VCP) is a plus. HealthCare industry experience is a plus. Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex virtual environment issues. Knowledge of data center operations and best practices. A team player with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to understand and comply with business processes and procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Collaboration with cross-functional teams between onshore and offshore.
