*What You’ll Do*

* Lead HVAC installation teams and oversee project execution * Perform advanced diagnostics and high-level service work * Handle commercial projects, commissioning, and start-ups * Train, mentor, and guide junior and intermediate technicians * Ensure quality control, safety, and customer satisfaction * Coordinate with ownership on project timelines and needs

*What We’re Looking For*

* 5+ years of HVAC service * Strong leadership and communication skills * High-level troubleshooting and diagnostic expertise * EPA certification * Ability to read plans, understand sequence of operations, xmvmafu and coordinate jobs * Professionalism, reliability, and pride in workmanship
