Position Overview: A

Physical Therapist (PT)

evaluates and treats patients experiencing movement limitations due to injury, illness, or physical conditions. The goal is to

restore function, reduce pain, and improve overall mobility

using non-invasive treatment techniques. You will create

individualized treatment plans

and guide patients through exercises and rehabilitation strategies to help them regain independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities Patient Evaluation & Diagnosis Review medical histories and assess patient symptoms. Evaluate movement, strength, balance, and mobility. Develop customized, evidence-based treatment plans.

Patient Education Educate patients on recovery strategies, injury prevention, and home exercise programs. Qualifications ✔

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Degree ✔

Active Florida Physical Therapist License ✔ Ability to assess, treat, and assist patients with mobility limitations ✔ Strong communication and patient-care skills

Work Environment Physical Therapists may work in a variety of healthcare settings including: • Private clinics • Rehabilitation centers • Hospitals • Home health services • Skilled nursing facilities
