Nurse Manager - Full Time

Director of Nursing - St. Clare Commons is seeking a compassionate and experienced nursing leader to join our faith-based senior living community as Director of Nursing. Monitor and improve the overall quality of nursing services across assigned units • Maintain effective communication with the interdisciplinary team, residents, families, physicians, and staff • Support direct care delivery as needed • Participate in the development and evaluation of performance improvement initiatives • Collaborate with the Administrator to ensure compliance with CHI Living Communities policies and procedures • Provide oversight to the Staff Development Nurse to ensure consistent and effective in-service education
