This 13-week travel assignment places you at a modern Level IV Trauma Center in the White Mountains (zip 85901), offering hands-on emergency nursing experience, scenic outdoor recreation, and a welcoming community.

Guaranteed Hours:
36 hours per week
Estimated Weekly Salary:
$1910 - $2010 per week
Unit:
30 private ER rooms, six-room EDOU observation unit, 6 fast track beds, 1 seclusion room, 5 monitored rooms
Patient Volume:
~100 patients per day
Patient Ratio:
1:3 or 1:4 nurse-to-patient
Support Staff:
Up to 5 techs during peak hours
EMR/Systems:
Allscripts - Sunrise; Medication system: Omnicell
Scrub Policy:
Any color except all black (scrubs not provided)
Required Qualifications – ER RN / Emergency Department RN
Minimum 2 years recent Emergency Room RN experience (trauma and high-acuity ER nursing)
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license — Arizona license or Compact/Multistate RN preferred
Certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), TNCC, NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
Ability to work night shifts and thrive in a fast-paced emergency department
Strong clinical skills in trauma, cardiac, neuro, and acute care
Key Responsibilities – Emergency Department RN
Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to a diverse patient population in a busy ED
Assess, triage, and manage trauma, cardiac, neuro, and acute care patients
Perform emergency interventions, monitor patient status, and prioritize care in high-acuity situations
Collaborate effectively with physicians, physician assistants, techs, and interdisciplinary teams
Accurate documentation using Allscripts - Sunrise and safe medication administration via Omnicell
Maintain required certifications and adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and quality standards
Participate in orientation, continuing education, and unit-based training as required
